The CougarSurf 100-Wave Challenge
Don't let summer get away from you - time to get out and surf! The Women's 100-Wave Challenge is designed to give you a little extra incentive to paddle out there and grab some tasty waves! Our goal is to get more women in the lineup and to be healthier (and happier).
There are so many reasons to join - better your surfing skills, get exercise, spend time in the water with your friends, or simply to earn the T-shirt and stickers! No matter your reason, join today and start changing your life one wave at a time.

Challenge Rules:
- Start: Whenever you like
- Timeframe: Complete by the end of 2023
- Total Wave Count: 100
- This challenge is on the honor system.
When you have completed your log-sheet, submit by emailing it to hello@cougarsurf.com (or email a photo, whatever’s easiest). For each challenge completed, CougarSurf will donate to adopt a turtle nest at Sayulita Turtle Camp (Campamento Tortuguero Sayulita).
